Mrs. Blomberg was born at New York Mills, Minn., and came to the Tieton area in 1917. In 1919 she was married to A. E. Blomberg. They were ranchers in the Tieton area. He died in 1953. She moved to Yakima in 1970.
She was a member of the Tieton Presbyterian Church.
Her survivors include two sons, George L. Seattle and David C. of Tieton; two daughters, Mary Blomberg of Belgium and Alice de Avila of Mexico city; a sister, Mrs. Floyd Slingsby of Sun city, Ariz.; and 15 grandchildren.
