Mrs. Bailey was born on April 7, 1927 in Rentz, Georgia. A devout Christian, she was a longtime member of Oakland Baptist Church. She taught the Victory Sunday School class for over forty years. Eloise retired from Robins Air Force Base where she was a clerk in civil service. Eloise was also the former owner of Edwards Nursery. Two sons, Robert Floyd Edwards and Anthony Glen Edwards, her parents, Arthur R. Blizzard and Estella Strozier Blizzard, and one sister, Alma Jane Poggi, all preceded her in death.
Her memory will forever be treasured by her loving and devoted husband, Bibb M. Bailey, Sr., Warner Robins; grandchildren, Robert Day; great grandchild, Myla Day, both of Florida; sister, Betty Pearl Gage, Palestine, Texas; nieces and nephews, Dona Poggi, Sonja King, Courtney Victor, Carl King, and Jamie King.
