CORDOVA, SC -- Mrs. Eva Fogle Blewer, 79, wife of Jeptha C. Blewer died Friday afternoon at Orangeburg Regional Hospital.

The funeral will be 4 p.m. Saturday at Ebenezer Baptist Church, with the Rev. John W. Patrick and the Rev. Bill Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in the church cemetery.

Active pallbearers will be Eugene Fogle Jr., William Tyler III, the Rev. Eddie Fogle Jr., William Blewer, David Blewer, Charles Baldwin, John Fogle and Harold Fogle.

Honorary pallbearers will be members of the men's bible class and the men's adult Sunday school class No. 1 of St. George Baptist Church.

Mrs. Blewer was born in Orangeburg County, a daughter of the late Willie Bert and Maggie Bair Fogle. She was a member of Ebenezer Baptist Church.

Survivors include her husband of Cordova; a son, Jerry C. Blewer of Cordova; a brother, Eddie Fogle Sr. of Cordova; a sister, Mrs. William (Frances) Tyler of Orangeburg; and two grandchildren, Mrs. Eddie (Penny) Carson of Cordova and Randy Blewer of Cordova.
