Ray BLEHM, 66, lifelong area resident died Saturday, January 16, 1999 at his home in Guymon.
The son of David G. and Minnie Lee (Jones) BLEHM, he was born August 26, 1932 at Optima and attended school in Hooker, graduating with the Class of 1950.
He and Sally McBEE were married in November 1957 and he was a member of the Church of Christ and an Air Force Veteran of the Korean Conflict.
They moved from Hooker to Guymon in 1974 where Mr. BLEHM was food service manager for the Guymon School System, retiring in 1993.
Survivors include two daughters, Cindy and Joe ORTHMAN and Gama and John EELSTON all of Guymon; one son, Jeff and Tammi BLEHM of Guymon; six grandchildren, Fonza LEWIS, Treston and Derrick BLEHM and their mother, Terry BLEHM, Leslie and Audra ELSTON and Destini UTLEY; one great-granddaughter, Tanesha Lewis; one brother, LeRoy "Sweed" BLEHM of King City, Missouri; and one sister, Jean HART of Perryton.
