Victoria Mathews was born December 5, 1957 to the late James C. Blaylock and Rosie Blaylock in St. Louis, Missouri. In 1977, she joined in holy matrimony to Michael R. Mathews. To this union three children were born, one son, Michael Mathews, Jr., two daughters, Christine Mathews and Crystal Mathews and one grandson, Martez L. Miner, Jr. Survived by her husband, and three children, one grandson, three brothers, three sisters, mother.
