NETTLETON - Bridgetlyn Blanchard, 18, died Monday, Aug. 2, 1999, at her home. She attended Okolona High School. She was a sales clerk at the Dollar General Store.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Saturday, August 7 at Clark Chapel M.B. Church in Okolona with the Rev. L.C. Cook officiating. Burial will be in the church cemetery. Westbrooks Funeral Home of Okolona is in charge of the arrangements.
Survivors include two sons, Jadarin Blanchard and Lajarvis Blanchard, both of Nettleton; her mother, Jessie White of Nettleton; her father, Frankie Blanchard of Amory; one brother, Christopher Blanchard of Okolona; her grandparents, Leon Blanchard and Lorine Blanchard of Okolona.
Visitation will be from 1 to 6 p.m. today and the family hour will be from 6 to 7 p.m. today at Westbrooks Memorial Chapel in Okolona. The body will lie in state at the church one hour before services.
