A. GERTRUDE BLANCHARD, 72, of Columbia City died yesterday in Whitley County Memorial Hospital. The Tipton native was a former waitress for Ten Pin Restaurant and widow of Frank, who died in 1982.
Surviving are sons, Larry C. Sievers of Columbia City and Richard W. Sievers of Fort Wayne; a sister, Lucile Sysinging of Dunlap; a brother, Ralph Tharp of Elkhart; and three grandchildren.
Services are 11 a.m. tomorrow in Elzey & Haggard Home for Funerals, 6810 Old Trail Road, Fort Wayne, where calling is 2 to 5 and 7 to 9 p.m. today.
