She worked in the service industry as a waitress.
JoJo was a member of the Elks and Eagles.
She enjoyed Indian art, butterflies, animals of all kinds, and the outdoors.
She is survived by her husband Bob, son, Robert Blanch, Jr.; daughter, Jodi Alvarez; three grandchildren; her mother, Betty Sullivan; one brother, J.C. Sullivan; four sisters, Jackie Boyer, Darlene McVey, Annette Burd and Sandy Spargs; and her special friend and neighbor, Connie.
JoJo was preceded in death by her grandparents; and one sister, Debbie Havins.
Memorial services will be held at a later date.
