Mr. Blake was born in Belfast, Ireland, April 10, 1882, son of Edward J. and Martha O'Neil Blake. He married Miss Anna Duggin in Belfast, Feb. 16, 1906. The Blakes came to the U.S. after their
marriage and lived in Ogdensburg for a year before
moving to Watertown.
The couple lived at 322 South Massey street. Mr.
Blake was employed on the St. Lawrence division of the New York Central, serving mainly as a locomotive engineer, for 32 years. Mrs. Blake died Nov. 18, 1938
