MIDDLEPORT, Nov. 17- Mrs. Caroline Ennist, 80, was instantly killed yesterday afternoon when she fell down a flight of stairs at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Winifred Bennett of State Steet. She suffered a fractured neck. It is belived she tripped as she started down the stairs. Coroner F. A. Kittinger of Lockport issued a certificate of accidental death.
Mrs. Ennist was born at Alton, Wayne county, N. Y. Beside the daughter with whom she made her home, she is survived by one other daughter, Mrs. S. M. Day of Rochester and a brother, John Blake of Detroit.
Funeral services will be held Monday afternoon at 2 p. m, Rev. Howard H. Long, pastor of the Middleport Methodist church officiating, and burlal will be in Hartland Central cemetery.
