"Mr. Blair was born in Bell county near Sugar Loaf, Feb. 19, 1871. His entire life had been spent in and near Killeen. Of his immediate family living are his mother, five brothers and two sisters. Of his family, a wife, four daughters, Mrs. Olin Little of Belton and three girls at home and one son, T. J. Blair, Jr."
