Sweetwater - Fred R. Blair, 64, died Monday in an Abilene hospital.
Services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday at First Christian Church with the Rev. Keven Anderson officiating. Burial will be in Garden of Memories Cemetery, directed by Cate-Spencer & Trent Funeral Home.
Mr. Blair was a self-employed contract pumper and had lived in Sweetwater since 1950. He was a member of the First Christian Church and Elks Lodge.
Survivors include his wife, Connie Blair of Sweetwater; one daughter, Kaye Blair of Shalimar, Fla.; his mother, Agness Hagins Blair of Mesa; one brother, Felix Blair of Tatum, NM; one sister, Cordelia Hemphill of Mesa; two grandchildren; one step-grandchild; and several nieces and nephews.
