In the court yesterday the will of John Blain was admitted to probate. It gives his wife, Mrs. Eliza Blain, the entire estate and appoints her executrix.

Mrs. E. A. Blain has returned from New Mexico, where she and her brother, Mr. J. B. Gentry, spent the winter. She says Mr. Gentry is greatly improved, but will not return till later.
