Mrs. Allie Mae Blackburn, 84, of Fulton died Wednesday, Jan. 18, 1989 at Callaway Community Hospital in Fulton.
She was born July 27, 1904, in Readsville, MO, the daughter of the late Lee Francis and Ollie Leona Lindsey Davis. She was married in Readsville in 1921 to Jack Robert Blackburn, who died in 1955.
Survivors include one son, Bill Blackburn of Fulton, seven daughters, Wanda Faye Myers of Mexico, Helen Elizabeth Hoover of Fulton, Elsie Lucille Harris of Mexico, Venita Bernice Salmons of Mexico, Iva Lee Farrell of Holiday, Eula Mae Crowson of Mexico, and Ruth Marie Rush of Jenks, Okla.; three sisters Annie Peterson of Rock Island, Ill., Elizabeth Nichols of Fulton and Grace Rehma of Fulton; 37 grandchildren and 47 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by one son, Robert, one grandson; four great grandchildren; three brothers and one sister. Mrs. Blackburn was of the Baptist faith.
Funeral services will be conducted by the Rev. Michael Crowson at 2 p.m. Saturday Jan. 21st at Debo Funeral home in Fulton. Burial will be in Bethel Cemetery in Readsville.
