Carolyn Ann Black, 66, of Flowery Branch went home to be with her Lord and Savior on Jan. 24, 2005, at Northeast Georgia Medical Center following an extended illness.
She was a homemaker and a member of Flat Creek Baptist Church.
She is preceded in death by her father, Homer Walden; son, Thomas Mark Martin; and sister, Lucille Cagle.
Family will receive friends from 6 to 9 p.m. Tuesday and Wednesday at the funeral home.
Funeral services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Thursday, Jan. 27, 2005, in the chapel of Memorial Park Funeral Home. Pastor Tim Millwood and Pastor Loren Hildebrant will officiate. Burial will be in Memorial Park Cemetery.
