Ms. Blackwell is survived by 4 children: Katie DeFriece, of Hackett, Arkansas, Tiffany Jones John DeFriece, and Amber McAnally, all of Cleveland, Tennessee; 1 sister: Anna Ewing, of Pocola, Oklahoma, 2 brothers: Marty Biazo, of Hackett, Arkansas and Eddie Buton, of Perryville, Arkansas; 2 grandchildren; other relatives; and a host of dear friends.
A memorial service was held on Wednesday, 07/06/2011, at Pleasant Hill Cemetery in Hackett, Arkansas. The body was cremated.
