Georgia was the daughter of Clemmie Addie (Rogers) and William Black. She was a retired LVN, having worked at both Mexia and Teague hospitals. She was a member of the Baptist Church and the Eastern Star.

She was preceded in death by her parents; her husband, Ernest Eli Cline, in 1966; brothers, Dowing Black, Otis Black, and A. C. Black; and sister, Carrie Mayes.

Survivors include daughters, Glendon Cline, of Waco, Janelle Henson, of Teague; son, John Cline, of Jasper, GA; eight grandchildren; fifteen great-grandchildren; and one great-great-grandchild.
