Graveside services will be at 11 a.m. today in Dumas Cemetery with the Rev. Mark Wallis, pastor of Life Tabernacle, officiating. Arrangements are by Morrison Funeral Directors.
Mrs. Blackburn was born Nov. 26, 1929, in Oklahoma City to Elisha and Alta Boveri. She married Dr. Floyd Blackburn on Jan. 8, 1977, in Dumas.
Survivors include her husband; five daughters, Lynn Harbert of Dumas, Kimi Dove of Germany, Barbara Blackburn of Gonzales, Lauren Richmond of Michigan and Martha Pease of Tulsa, Okla; two sons, David Blackburn of North Carolina and Russell Blackburn of College Station; eight grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
