Aptly named by her parents, her name was who she was. A bright, shining and vivacious star in our lives, drawing people to her light like a magnet. Given to us for such a short time to shine in our lives, she has gone on before us to her home with Jesus Christ to shine even more brightly, clothed in the very light of God.
Stella was a loving, compassionate, hilarious part of our lives, (she could bring a tear to our eyes with her stories and antics) and the lives of all whom she touched. That list is extensive, especially since she worked as a Certified Caregiver in several nursing homes, both in Arlington, Washington, and Tonasket, Washington. She could bring a smile and co-operation from the crustiest of old codgers.
Some of the things she loved, besides her family and God, were antiques, nature, listening to the life stories to the elderly she cared for, and making people laugh.
She leaves behind, her husband, Jeffery Norman Spring, and two daughters, Ashley Andrea, and Danya Janay, of Tonasket; her parents, Darias and Elaine Bisson, of Arlington; three sisters and three brothers and their families as follows - ElainaMay and Randy Harter, of Ione, Washington, and their three children, Danyeal and Wayne Parke, and their children, Alexandria and Jordan, of Buckled, Washington, Lorna and Steven Morgan, and daughters, Kaylee and Rylee, of Graham, Washington, and Kenae and Danae Harter, and two daughters, Faith and Mechelle; sister, Darina Durham, and her four children, Shannon, Brianna, Brendon, and Collier, of Tonasket; sister, Leah and Wes Hill, and three children, Gene, Kyle, and Shawnie, of Stanwood, Washington; brothers, Darias and Kathy Bission, and four daughters, Lueree, and her son, Jared, Felicity, Shanna, and Klarissa, of Sedro Woolley, Washington, Dan Bisson, of Auburn, Washington, Tim Bission, and two daughters, Erin and Linsey, of Arlington; and lastly, her 91-year-old grandfather, Lawrence Coy, of Bridgeport, Washington.
Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m., Monday, October 17, 2005, at Evergreen Funeral Home and Cemetery, 4504 Broadway, Everett. Reception following in Arlington. Visitation will be held from 12 to 4 p.m., Saturday, October 15, and Sunday, October, 16, at Evergreen Funeral Home.
BELOVED WIFE, MOTHER, DAUGHTER, SISTER AND AUNT - OUR BELOVED STAR WHO MADE ALL OUR LIVES BRIGHTER FOR HAVING BEEN IN THEM. WE LOVE YOU.
