JULIA BISIO BOUCHER, 74, of Savannah, Tenn., formerly of Memphis, retired clerk and homemaker, died Friday at Methodist Hospital after a stroke. Mass will be said at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Immaculate Conception Catholic Church with burial in Calvary. Memphis Funeral Home Union Chapel has charge. She was a communicant at Our Lady of the Lake Catholic Church in Savannah. Mrs. Boucher, the wife of Cordell E. 'Buck' Boucher, also leaves a daughter, Gay Sterle of Franklin, Tenn.; two sons, Joe Boucher of Southaven and Thomas Boucher of Memphis; a brother, Ernest Bisio of Memphis, and four grandchildren.
