Mrs. Alma Babcock Rites in Buffalo

CORTLAND—Services for Mrs. Alma Bishop Babcock, 88, widow of the Rev. Marshall S. Babcock, former resident of Cortland, who died Saturday night, at the home of her son, Clarence Babcock in Buffalo were held yesterday afternoon in Buffalo. Interment was made in Buffalo cemetery beside her husband. Mrs. Babcock was born Feb. 21, 1860, in the town of Otselio. Her husband, who died March 2 in this city, was a minister in the Susquehanna Conference of the Free Methodist Church for 20 years. The couple resided at 73 W. Main st. and since the death of her husband, Mrs. Babcock had lived with her son. She was a member of the Cortland Free Methodist Church.
