BISHOP, CAROL CANNON Carol Cannon Bishop of Center Point passed away on June 26, 2011 at the age of 78. She was preceded in death by her husband, George W. Bishop, Sr. She is survived by her daughter, Cyndi Beasley (Danny) of Jasper, AL; son, George Bishop, Jr. (Janet) of Pinson, AL; brothers, Jimmy Cannon of Altoona, AL, Lynn Cannon (Sarah) of Trussville, AL, and Billy Cannon of Mobile, AL; sisters, Blanche Cannon of Bradford, AL, and Annie Faucett of Ensley, AL; grandchildren, Joshua Bishop, Tommy Bishop (April), Scott Beasley (Valerie), Dana McDaniel (Brad), Phillip Beasley (Maria); several great grandchildren, nieces, nephews and friends, including her special friend and caregiver, Alean Crow. Funeral services will be conducted on Tuesday, June 28, 2011, at 2:00PM from the graveside at Jefferson Memorial Gardens. Visitation will be on Tuesday from 1:00 - 2:00PM. The family would like to extend a special thanks to the employees and staff of Life Care Hospice, especially Shania, Gail, Donna and Mattie for their special kindness in our time of distress.
