PANAMA CITY, Fla. -- Mrs. Deborah Jean Brown Bishop, 52, of Panama City, formerly of Valley, died Tuesday, April 9, 2002 in Panama City.
Graveside services are scheduled for Saturday, April 13 at 2 p.m. at Hillcrest Cemetery in Lanett with the Rev. Terry Wofford officiating.
Mrs. Bishop is survived by her husband, Charles L. Bishop of Panama City; two sons, Steve Creed of Springdale, Pa., and William Hicks of Panama City Beach, Fla.; two daughters, Teresa (Walter) Dix and Terrie (Clifford) McCanless, both of Carrollton, Ga.; her sister, Diane Stevens of Carrollton; seven grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
Born May 21, 1949 in Georgia, Mrs. Bishop loved to do needlework and crossword puzzles. She also loved to read. She was preceded in death by Mr. and Mrs. John Hudmon of Carrollton; and her grandmother, Ginny Mae Mason of Valley.
Flowers will be accepted.
The family will receive friends Friday, April 12 from 6 until 8 p.m. at Johnson Brown-Service Funeral Home in Valley.
