Mrs. Bishop was born November 19, 1922 in Newark, NJ. She was the daughter of the late John and the late Anna (Homberger) White.
She grew up in Newark, lived in West Orange and Valhalla, NY before moving to Flemington less than a year ago. She was a homemaker. In her earlier years she worked as a Secretary for Prudential in Newark. An avid letter writer, Ann was a faithful correspondent to family and friends.
She will truly be predeceased by her son, George J. Bishop; her son-in-law: Kenneth Davies, and two brothers and two sisters.
Visiting hours will be held on Wednesday, January 20, 2010 from 2;00-4:00 p.m. and 7:00-9:00 p.m. at Martin Funeral Home, 1761 Route 31, Clinton, NJ. There will be a Funeral Mass celebrated on Thursday, January 21, 2010 at 10:00 a.m. in Immaculate Conception Church, 316 Old Allerton Road, Annandale.
Burial will be in Gate of Heaven Cemetery, East Hanover.
