Husband, of 34 years, to Theresa (Boisvert) and father of Mary Lou, Ann Marie, and Ralph Jr. Son of George and Alma (Boucher) Biron. He received his education in the Lowell school system.
He was employed with the Merrimack Paper Tube when he joined the U.S. Army in 1947, and was assigned to 155 Trans. Co. He later served in the Korean war, and received the Korean Service Medal with two bronze service stars, as well as the United Nations Service Medal and the National Defense Service Medal. He was honorably discharged in 1952, at the rank of Corporal.
After his military service, he returned to Lowell, and his job at Merrimack Paper Tube, where he was a machine operatior until the companys closing.
He was an avid fan of the Boston Red Sox and professional wrestling.
