Son of Paul Birkholz. Brother to Wayne, Alvin, Maurice, Iris (Meyer), Veda (Heasty) and Evelyn. Father to Carolyn (Birkholz) Holland and Larry R. Birkholz. Married to Pauline V. (Passig) for over 64 years.
Bio by Beverly (Florio) Noland (#47173960Farmer in Greenwood County, Kansas. 160 acres. Raised cattle and 40 acres of alfalfa or soybeans. Married Pauline Vera Passig. Two children: Carolyn Vera and Larry Ray.My father-in-law. Quite the character. A farmer but more than that. Worked in the local oil fields for additional income. Raised cattle, occasionally pigs, chickens and more. Once had two full grown peacocks strutting around the 160 acre farm. Always a huge garden Pauline canned nearly all their veggies, made their jams and jellies. Had apple, cherry and peach trees and several pecan and English walnut trees. Everett and Pauline bought the farm north of Eureka in the late 1930's. Their 2 children were raised there. A loving couple who had friends all over the county and throughout Kansas. Missing them . . . .
