Brinson O. Birdsong, 84, of Macon, died Tuesday. Graveside funeral services will be held Thursday at 11:00 AM in Macon Memorial Park Cemetery. The Rev. Rex Odom will officiate. The family will greet friends following the services at the graveside.
Mr. Birdsong was born in Twiggs County, the son of the late John Birdsong and the late Mabel Wood Birdsong. He was a graduate of Wilkinson County High School. Mr. Birdsong was a veteran of WWII having served in the U. S. Army. He was a member of Liberty Hill United Methodist Church and was retired from Bassett Furniture Company after many years of faithful service.
