Died: In Portland, Oregon, May 17, 1898, Felix Ellis Bird, aged 7 years and 8 months, son of F.H. and Clara A. Bird. Interment was made in Lone Fir cemetery, Portland, May 19. Mrs. Bird departed from Philipsburg about two weeks ago with her little son in hope that a change of climate would benefit his health. The little fellow had been afflicted with heart disease for some time and to that cause his death is due. Mrs. Bird returned to Philipsburg yesterday.
