He married Barbara Jean Ann Hilger on June 20, 1981 at Grand Isle, Nebraska. He worked as an independent insurance agent and lived in Mountain Home since November 1, 2006 moving from Dannebrog, Nebraska.
He was a member of Promise Land Fire Dept and N.R.A..
Survivors: Leon Bindenagel is survived by his wife, Barbara Jean Ann Bindenagel and sons, Mark Allen Bindenagel, CA, and Sean (Becky) Kopecky of Lincoln, NE, daughter, Marcia Lynn (Phillip) Cottros, NC, granddaughter, Taylor J. Kopecky, brother, Joel (Diane) Bindenagel of Conde, SD and several nieces and nephews.
Preceded in death by: He was preceded in death by his parents, and first wife, Beverly Ann.
Memorial services for Leon Albert Bindenagel of Mountain Home, AR, will be Saturday, March 8, 2008 at Promise Land Bible Church, with Pastor Jim Beard officiating.
Memorials may be made to the Promise Land Bible Church, American Heart Association or Leukemia and Lymphoma Societies.
