He was a retired miner,and was preceded in death by his wife,Jetta Huffman Billiter.
Surviving are three sons, Howard, East Point, Ralph, Riceville, and Terry of Gurnery,IL, three daughters, Aretta Collins, Ashland, Viola Cohen, Florida, and Shelvy Jean Damron, North Ridgeville,OH; a brother, William Billiter, Pikeville;
21 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
Funeral services were held Thursday, January 10, in Jones-Preston Funeral Home, Paintsville, with Rev. Herb Arms officiating.
Burial was in Highland Memorial Park at Staffordsville, with Jones-Preston Funeral Home handling arrangements.
