He is survived by his stepsons, Raymond Billiot Patrick Billiot and Kermit Boquet; daughter, Veronica C. Billiot; stepdaughters, Marie Billiot, Louise Billiot and Belinda Fitch; brothers, Anthony and Clifford Billiot; sisters,
Lorena B. Dardar and Irene M. Billiot; numerous grandchildren, great-grandchildren and one great great-grandchild.
He was preceded in death by his former first wife, Ernestine Billiot, his former second wife, Marie Verdin Billiot; parents, Henry and Amanda Foret Billiot; stepsons, Jerry, Linest and Lany Billiot; and brothers, Ozerene Billiot and Albert Billiot
He was an U.S. Army veteran of World War II.
