She was a member of First Baptist Church of Murray and the Lydian Sunday School Class; the Home Department of the Murray Woman's Club; Christian Woman's Club; and Calloway County Homemakers.
Surviving are her husband, Owen Billington; three daughters, Mary Shipley of Murray, Martha Billington of McDonald Acres, Ga., and Linda Lee of Colleyville, Texas; six grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren; and two great-great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by one son, Oury Glen Billington; seven brothers; and four sisters. Her parents were Preston McDaniel and Ada Jane Barnett McDaniel.
Services will be at 2 p.m. Friday at J.H. Churchill Funeral Home. The Rev. Richard Walker and John Dale will officiate, and burial will be in Murray City Cemetery.
