Terry Ray Billingsley, 49, Waveland, died 3:02 a.m. Thursday in St. Clare Medical Center after an extended illness.Mr. Billingsley was an independent contractor for Americast Cablevision, Columbus, Ohio, and Chicago, Ill. He had previously been employed by Raybestos Mfg., 1983-1998. His memberships included Byron Cox American Legion and Moose Lodge 6, Crawfordsville, and Laborer and Hod Carriers Union Local 274. He served in the Marine Corps in Vietnam. He attended Crawfordsville schools.He was born April 18, 1952, at Crawfordsville, to Ray L. and Anna Mae Stewart Billingsley. He married Kathryn J. West on Sept. 30, 1973, at Crawfordsville. Survivors include four daughters, Renee Pickett, Dusti Jackson and Wendi Dean, all of Crawfordsville, and Misti McKinney, Veedersburg; a foster son, Brad Eugene Jones, Crawfordsville; a brother, Jerry, Crawfordsville; two sisters, Patricia Brenda, Waveland, and Teresa Fritts, Lebanon; and 13 grandchildren.Funeral services are scheduled 2 p.m. Monday in Shoemaker Funeral Home, Waynetown, with the Rev. Ron Threlkeld and Phillip Shiar officiating. Burial will be in Waynetown Masonic Cemetery with military honors. Friends may call 2-6 p.m. Sunday in the funeral home.
