Note: Lusara's birth father is Peter B Billingsley memorial #13931291. When Lusara's mother, Bertha Mae Davis Billingsley, died in 1919 of influenza she was sent to live with her Aunt Dovie Idella Billingsley Randel while Peter kept the two boys Edmond and Aaron. When Dovie's husband Joseph Cleburne Randel died Lusara was still young and Dovie could not bear the thought of sending her back to her father so they agreed that Lusara would stay with her to be raised. (Lusara adopted the surname Randel but, it is not know if she was actually adopted)....
