Felicia is survived by her parents, Ralph "Rufus" and Tuesdai Biggs of Fayetteville; sisters, Brandy (Shane) Crowder, Keely (Mike) Campbell, Kegan (Chris) Pollock, Amy Disman, Amanda Disman, Abby Disman, and Ashley Disman; brothers, Kevin (Christy) Warren, Waylon (Penny) Warren; uncle, Ray Biggs; aunt, Glenda Dowell; 25 nieces and nephews. Visitation is 4 p.m., until 9 p.m., Wednesday, January 14, 2015, and 10 a.m., until 9 p.m., Thursday. Funeral service is 11 a.m., Friday, January 16, 2015, at Wilkinson & Wiseman Funeral Home with Bro. Mike Shrum officiating. Interment is at Walnut Grove Cemetery
