Ernest Wiseman "Wisie" was the son of Cicero Cincinnatti and Sarah Ann "Dood" (Gant) Biggs. He was the second of seven sons memorialized on the Texas-shaped Biggs Monument in the cemetery. Wisie's brothers were: Van Winfred
"Winter", Miles Monroe "Dink", James Abner, Quintus Dabney "Q.D.", Oscar Wilds, and Basil Blake.
Wisie married Lillie Alice Crowell in Caldwell Co., Texas on January 2, 1902. Their children were: William Jennings
"Willie J." Biggs, John Vernon "Pete" Biggs, Alton Francis "Doc" Biggs, Mattie Leona "Sis" (Biggs) West, Sarah Bernice "Dolly" (Biggs)[Hinds] McCampbell, Olga Dorothy "Dick" (Biggs) Huff, and Alta May "Dottie" (Biggs) Mace.
Wisie was a strong and althletic young man, and he and his brothers were standouts on the local baseball team. He had a stroke while on a wolf hunting trip, but lived fifteen years after that time.
