Mary Elizabeth Bielich, 89, of Hopewell Twp, passed away Sunday, December 30, 2012, in Heritage Valley, Beaver.
Born December 3, 1923, in Cambridge, Massachusetts, she was a daughter of the late John and Mary (Dunne) Shea. Mrs. Bielich was a member of St. Titus Catholic Church in Aliquippa and St. Titus Confraternity of Christian Mothers. She was a former employee of Gimbel's Department Store.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Brownie Bielich, in 1997; a son-in-law, Robert Breznai, and two brothers, Bob and Tom Shea.
Surviving are two daughters and a son-in-law, Diane Breznai and Elaine and Tom Ferrence, all of Independence Twp.; three beloved grandchildren, Jennifer (Joe) Sexton, Lisa (Brad) Cole and Brian Breznai; two great-grandsons, James and Thomas; a brother and sister-in-law, John and Mary Shea of Saugus, MA, and two sisters and a brother-in-law, Barb and James Jesoraldo of Saugus, MA and Nancy Robinson of Reading, MA.
Friends will be received today from 4 to 8 p.m. in TATALOVICH FUNERAL HOME AND CREMATION SERVICES, INC., 2205 McMinn St., Aliquippa, www.tatalovichfuneralhome.com, where a service will be held Thursday at 9 a.m., followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 9:30 a.m. in St. Titus Catholic Church in Aliquippa, with Father Paul Householder officiating.
Interment will follow in Mt. Olivet Catholic Cemetery, Hopewell Twp.
