Barbara was a member of Bethel Baptist Church of Ellenboro and always enjoyed spending time with her family, cross stitching, and was never without a book or devotional. Barbara was a globetrotter who enjoyed many tropical getaways with her husband of 30 years. Barbara was known as an elegant woman who was admired for her classy and polished style. To her family, she was a strong and compassionate woman who taught them to love and be true to themselves. She was always there with a kind word but was never shy to tell the truth. Her memory will always be cherished by her family.
On Wednesday, May 21st, 2014, while at the Outer Banks with her family, Barbara extended her beach vacation to the shores of the Crystal Sea in heaven with her Lord and Comforter, Jesus Christ.
Interment in Bethel Baptist Church Cemetery.
