Charlotte was a lifelong resident of Keokuk, Iowa, President of Biddy's Sinclair Station in Keokuk. She was a Jehovah's Witness.
Survivors include: her husband, three sons, David E. Johnson of Jefferson City, MO.; Mark E. Glassford of Keokuk and Michael R. Biddenstadt of Keokuk; and two grandsons.
Services are at 10 a.m. Monday at the Vigen Memorial Home with John Rinehart officiating.
Visitation is after 1 p.m. Sunday at the funeral home and the family meeting with friends form 7-9 p.m.
