Betty Lucille Bicket, 76, of Reinbeck and Branson, Mo., died from injuries received in an automobile accident on Thursday, June 12, in Branson.

She was born March 5, 1932, in Newton, daughter of Wayne Lester and Bessie Eliza Gearhart Wheeler. On June 4, 1950, she married Kenneth D. Bicket at Union Congregational United Church of Christ, Reinbeck. He died Dec. 9, 1997.

Mrs. Bicket graduated from Reinbeck High School in 1950. She sold Avon for over 25 years and was a member of the Union Congregational United Church of Christ.

Survived by: three sons, Tom W. (Vicki) and Daniel L. (Judy), both of Reinbeck, and James S. (Julie) of Dundas, Minn.; seven grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and a sister, Teresa (Bill) Pohl of Cook, Minn.

Preceded in death by: an infant son; and a brother, David Wheeler.

Services: 10:30 a.m. Monday at Union Congregational United Church of Christ, Reinbeck, with burial in Reinbeck Cemetery. Public visitation from 2 to 7 p.m. today at French Funeral Home, Reinbeck, with family present 5 to 7 p.m.

Memorial fund: has been established.
