Ula Bever, 100, of Waverly dies
Waverly - Ula Bever, 100, of Waverly, died Friday morning, March 13, at Passavant Hospital.
She was born March 5, 1887, in Waverly, a daughter of George and Anna Dettman Mitchell. She married Grover Bever March 1911 in Springfield, and he died in January 1965.
Survivors include one nephew, George Mitchell of Franklin; one great-niece Janet Mitchell of Waverly; and several cousins.
She was preceded by four brothers and one sister.
Mrs. Bever was a member of the Waverly United Methodist Church and the Waverly Eastern Star.
Service will be 2 p.m. Monday at Neece Funeral Home in Waverly with burial in Waverly Cemetery.
