YORK Constance M. (Bertling) Baulsir, 85, died at 2:19 p.m. Friday, September 21, 2007, at Memorial Hospital. She was the wife of William V. Baulsir, with whom she celebrated their 53rd wedding anniversary on July 7, 2007. A graveside funeral service and burial will be held at 10 a.m. Tuesday at Parkwood Cemetery, Baltimore, Md., with the Rev. Ronald S. French, pastor of Winterstown United Methodist Church, officiating. Life Tributes by Olewiler & Heffner Funeral Chapel & Crematory, Inc., 35 Gotham Place, Red Lion, is in charge of arrangements. Mrs. Baulsir was born July 31, 1922, in Baltimore. She was the daughter of the late Augustine and Mary (Larkin) Bertling. She was a loving homemaker who cherished the time spent with her family. In addition to her husband, Mrs. Baulsir leaves her son, Robert L. Bertling and wife, Diana of Winterstown; her two grandchildren, Robert W. Bertling and Rebecca E. Barshinger; her two great-grandchildren, Logan Barshinger and Audrey Bertling; her sister, Gladys Sparks of New Castle, Del.; and nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by three sisters, Margaret Butcher, Esther Gary, and Pauline Bertling; and a brother, Wilton Bertling.
