Glouster - Mrs. Agnes Bernard, a former resident of Glouster Route3, died Monday morning in Athens.
Born in Vinton County, she was a daughter of Harrison and Hattie Stevens Woods. She was a member of Redtown Methodist Church.
Surviving are two daughters, Mrs. Donna Pallo, Athens, and Mrs. Thelma Grubic, Arlington, Va.; two sons, Eldon of Falls Church, Va.; and Delbert, Washington, D.C.; eight grandchildren and three great-grandchildren; two brothers.
She was preceded in death by her husband and one son and a daughter.

Glouster - Funeral services for Mrs. Agnes Bernard, 72, who died Monday morning will be Wednesday at 1 p.m., in the Norbert W. Johnston funeral home, with the Rev. Hubert H. Hunting, Athens, officiating. Burial will be in Maplewood Cemetery.
