Arthur Frederick Berg, 72, died at Hoemako Hospital Jan. 24. Mr. Berg, born Aug. 13, 1884 in Pleasantville, Nebraska, had been a farmer and carpenter most of his life. He came to this area 11 years ago.
Surviving him are his wife, Mrs. Ida Belle Berg, 408 W. 11th St.; a daughter, Mrs. Ruth Winn, of Casa Grande; a son, Edwin A. Berg, of El Paso, Texas; two brothers and two sisters, all of Nebraska; and one grandchild.
Mr. Berg was a member of the Presbyterian Church.
Funeral services were held at the Cole and Maud Chapel Saturday afternoon, with Rev. Elias Jones officiating.
Burial was in Mountain View Cemetery.
