Edna Anderson, 86, of Kelliher, died March 21, 1994 at North Country Regional Hospital in Bemidji.

She was born July 21, 1907. She married Willard Anderson in November 1930 at Saum and they lived at Shotley where they farmed until retiring in 1974. They then moved to Kelliher. She was a flower grower.

She is survived by two daughter, Lillian Braaten of Dubuque, Iowa and Delores Powell of Hutchinson; three grandchildren; five great-grandchildren; a sister-in-law, Laura Edlund; and a special niece, Sammy Daken.

She was preceded in death by her husband; a brother, Edward Benz; a twin sister, Elna; and a sister, Elsie.

1930 Census: Emil Benz (48) and his wife Louise M Benz (46) were living in Cormant, Beltrami, Minnesota. Children: Edna E (22) and Edward W (15). Their grandson was also living with them - Edward C Linnum (5).

Children: Lillian E (9) and Delores E (8 months). Willard's widowed mother - Inga C Anderson (79) born about 1861 in Sweden, was living with them. Anton Olson (64), listed as Willard's cousin, was living with the family also. Anton was born about 1876 in Sweden and worked as a laborer in the timber industry.
