Reta Marie Artz, 77, of Alma died Thursday, May 5, 2011, at Colonial Villa Good Samaritan Society Home in Alma. Reta was born July 8, 1933, at Stratton to Carl Franklin and Myrtle Marie (Blum) Bennett.
On April 14, 1955, she married George Artz in Orleans. He died Aug. 20, 2002.
Survivors are: son, Tom of Hastings; brother, Joe Bennett of Lincoln; sister, Carla Hatch of Minden; three grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren and a host of relatives and friends.
