In Loving Memory of Lucille S. Beck:
Lucille S. Bennett, the daughter of George and Alta Bennett, was born September 7, 1908, at Fort Dodge, IA. She attended school in Fort Dodge and graduated from Fort Dodge High School. She had been Baptized and Confirmed into the Christian Faith. Following graduation, she attended Tobin Business College. She was united in marriage to Edmond Stafner in 1932. Mr. Stafner passed away in 1951. In 1953 she married Kenneth Beck and the couple made there home in Humboldt. Mr. and Mrs. Beck moved to Mesa, Arizona, in 1973, where they lived until returning to Humboldt in 1990. Mr. Beck passed away November 1, 1993, and she continued to maintain her home in Humboldt until moving to Long-term Care Unit of the Humboldt County Memorial Hospital in 1998. She passed away there on the morning of July 13, 2000, at the age of 91. Mrs. Beck was a member of the Congregational Church of Christ, the Senior Citizens, and several Bridge Clubs, all in Humboldt, IA.
Lucille is Lovingly Remembered by: Special Family Members, Richard "Dick" and Dolores Hacker and Family, Donella Hacker-Harris and children of Humboldt, and Dakota City, IA; Catherine Thomas of Manson, IA; and her stepdaughter-in-law, Glenda Walls of Alexander City, Alabama. She joins in Heaven her parents; her first husband, Edmond Stafner; her second husband, Kenneth; stepson, Russell; sister, Lola Thomas; and a brother, J. Dorin Bennett.
