Emma F. Bennett
Emma Ford Bennett, 65, of 100 Clarendon Court, Goose Creek, S.C., died July 4, 1991, at the North Charleston Convalescent Center.
A native of Greer, she was the widow of Benjamin V. Bennett and a daughter of the late James Morgan and Jane Moss Ford. She was a member of West View Evangelical Methodist Church. She was retired from Belk Hudson.
Survivors include two sons, Benjamin Manning Bennett of Spartanburg and Ronald Bennett of Arcadia; two daughters, Jerrie B. Nix of Charleston and Janie B. Leroy of Ladson; a brother, Floyd Ford of Spartanburg; a sister, Faye Roberts of Fairhope, Ala.; nine grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 7 to 9 p.m. Sunday at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel.
Services will be held at 11 a.m. Monday at Floyd's Greenlawn Chapel by Dr. Robert Nix. Burial will be in Greenlawn Memorial Gardens.
The family is at the home of a son, Ronald Bennett, 174 Dillard St, Arcadia, S.C.
