David Leon Bennett, 68, resident of Mt. Green section of the Millwood District, died early this morning at his home after a lingering illness. He was a prominent farmer of the Millwood precinct.
He is survived by his widow, four sons, Dave Bennett of Blackshear, Floyd Bennett of Fairfax, Willford Bennett of Millwood and Dol Bennett of Millwood; three daughters, Mrs. L. W. Kinnon of Alapaha, Mrs. Ethel Herrin of Millwood, and Miss Grace Bennett of Millwood, also a sister, Mrs. A. Morgan of Fairfax.
Funeral Services will be held Friday morning at Hargreaves Church at Millwood, with burial at Hargreaves Cemetery.
Mincy Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
