RICHARD SHEKLES BENNETT, son of the late Judge A. B. and Louisa Shekles Bennett, died of paralysis last night at 7:30 at his home in New York in his 73rd year.
He is survived by a daughter, Elsie M. Bennett; sisters, Mrs. Sallie E. Beeler, Funkstown, and Mrs. Edith Dillon, Washington, and brothers, Fred Bennett, California, and County Commissioner Frank L. Bennett, Hagerstown.
The funeral will be held Saturday at 2 p.m. from the undertaking establishment of C. M. Suter and Sons, 40 West Franklin street, by Rev. Dr. Scott R. Wagner; interment in Rose Hill cemetery.
